Departure
In case of late check out, prior permission has to be taken from Manager, Operations. It is subject to availability, and approval for the same has to be taken at the time of checking in. The official check out time is 11.00 A.M. and guests are requested to vacate the rooms within the stipulated time. The management holds the right to request guests for checking out and provide accommodation to new entrants in case they fail to give prior intimation. |

Cancellation
Cancellation of a confirmed booking or postponement of the programme will be liable to retention based on the guaranteed rates of rooms per night. Guests are requested to take care of their own belongings. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and/or damage to guests’ belongings or any other property from either the apartment or locker, or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. |
The Management has the sole discretion to change any or all of the above Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
All disputes, differences or questions arising out of this transaction shall be settled by arbitration as per provision of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and venue of such arbitration shall be at Kolkata only.
In respect of the arbitration proceedings initiated pursuant to the transaction envisaged herein and in respect of all matters pertaining to this transaction only. |

The Civil Courts in Kolkata City shall have jurisdiction to the exclusion of all the other Courts.
Notwithstanding anything stated above, Ganga Kutir shall not incur any liability to the Member, Guest or Free Individual Traveller if it is not in a position to fulfill its obligation by reason of any war, civil commotion, force majeure, act of God or any notification or order of any court of law or government or the local body (s). |
